Study Arrangement

The first to third years |
Participants will be employed by the participating companies as apprentices. The employer will sponsor the apprentice to study the Higher Diploma programme at IVE for one day and one evening per week.. |
Allowance & Salary*

During the training period, participants will receive a total of $30,800 Industry Incentive Allowance, government allowance under the Earn & Learn Scheme (up to $90,000) and Training Allowance (up to $36,000). Given a guaranteed monthly salary not less than $10,530. |

& For apprentices who join the VTC Earn & Learn Scheme on or after 1 April 2024, they are entitled to the Monthly Apprenticeship Training Allowance of $1,000 per month during the apprenticeship.

Tuition Fees
- Employers will sponsor the tuition fees.
Entry Requirement^
- Five HKDSE subjects at Level 2 or above, including English Language and Chinese Language; or
- VTC Foundation Diploma (Level 3) / Diploma of Foundation Studies ; or
- VTC Diploma in Vocational Education / Diploma of Vocational Education; or
- Yi Jin Diploma / Diploma Yi Jin or
- Equivalent.
